The criteria for NASDAQ uplisting have been discussed exhaustively here, without discussion tha litigation provides an impediment to uplisting,
Please provide hard evidence in support of this assertion.
Were it the case that your assertion is true, I do not believe NASDAQ would have accepted the uplist application or that Cytodyn would have applied for uplisting prior to addressing the litigation.
