Thanks "Coach", Just here to opine, like the rest of you. We have too many execs (BOD/VP/PHD/Dr./), not enough analysts to drive the day to day. Inverted pyramid. This structure is difficult to drive execution. We are competing against the big boys, they've solved this problem. We may have a $2B market cap, but in reality we are a small group Scientists and Doctors (Headcount=19 or 10 depending on what you read), hard to compete at the execution level. Resume is 30 years+ Ops leadership in multi-billion dollar, multinational companies. Granted, not Pharma/Bio-Tech, but execution is execution regardless of industry.
