If WNF had access to Biotime's test in March-April, why didn't QMC move on them for a USA (edit: QDX HealthID relationship, not license) then instead of August?

In the Biotime paper, their test is compared to other similar tests. Do we know if QMC might have relationships with any of them? The PRs say they are non-exclusive. Are there more manufacturers in China?

Do the partnerships to include QDX HealthID with the tests include licenses to QDX HealthID to either sell the tests or even to manufacture them?

If the plan was to use Biotime's test all along, why submit the same tests for FDA Approval instead of just using Biotime's EUA? Has QMC somehow helped to improve the results of the tests by their gold nanocrystals, as I believe it could?

We're only seeing the reflection of the sun on the surface of the ocean. The why's and how's are what's going on under the surface. How deep can you dive for them, that is the question.
