This could have all been played differently. Why didn’t the PR for the NGIO call say something like “The NGIO call scheduled for 8/27 is being postponed. NGIO is currently working on several initiatives that we had hoped to be able to discuss on this call. The call will be rescheduled when we are more able to deliver this important and exciting news to our shareholders.”?
Instead, it sounded like, “Well, folks, that’s all we’ve got for you! Good luck!”
I hope the low SP doesn’t trigger any sort of fine print in any of our deals that accelerated payments or recalculates share amounts, etc. It seems like we are very close to at least hitting a single or a double. But the window is closing, IMO...
