The same team that hired an retained Samsung.
I am not defending the process because I thought is should have been done last September and when it finally went out it should have been correct based on feedback the FDA previously gave.
If I heard some of the comments last year correctly some of the vendors (I believe it was ACG)!was holding data awaiting payment.
As some point you really need to raise sufficient funds.
We are limiting dilution but I think extending time to revenue.
The fact that we don’t seem to have a dedicated PR and government affairs team is a continued weakness.
