Can you enumerate the "unreasonable hurdles" CYDY faced with the FDA that prevents them from getting the green light in moving forward with approvals or trials?
I believe CYDY either didn't provide complete documentation or what they submitted didn't meet criteria needed. If so, that falls back on CYDY not the FDA and that's a mgmt issue.
