Remember we know the auditor has been given....we know that the financials will be put out for 2012. We also know within a few weeks we will see the Form D....so we will have filings.

IMO MIHL knows whats to do when they start filing. IMO we will be breaking out in the next 4 weeks or so. Im giving a round about estimate.
