Some liars on the illegal manipulators board are trying the classic basher move of calling for an RS. That has been ruled out by Doc on several occasions. A huge conglomerate needs a decent sized float in order to trade. 400-500 million shares and an OS of 1.2 billion (worst case) is nothing. In fact look at Nokia (NOK) they have an OS of 5 billion and trade over $5 per share. I can list many other companies on the big boards with those type of structures.

It is laughable to think that Doc will RS a new major player in the international medical field down to 40-50 million shares. This needs to provide liquidity. Scare tactics of desperate liars that will likely face legal action this year. Anyone heeding their advice deserves to make burger and fries money with them and nothing more.
