To make it clear it's the "IGTV Video app" for paid influencers owned by Facebook/ Instagram! They have hours of commercials displayed on the Rocket High and California websites and Instagram pages where the influencers have followers! I've seen some of these influencers where they have 10s of thousands of followers or likes when they post these videos of RocketHigh and California!

Looks like a great way to get the word out IMO!
