Is there some sort of FAQ anywhere Here all or not this questions posted on the boards. Maybe something that gets created to enable the moderators to delete a post and point people to the common answer. It seems there are so many items posted over and over every few weeks of people trying to sow uncertainty. For instance does the 10% down rule apply to OTC stocks that has to have been asked 15 times in the past couple months and each time equates to 20 give and takes. I can start compiling a list but as a free member I have no ability to post anything permanently
