What part of that is hard to comprehend????
I have been guilty of looking at a few new properties in my area.......
I know I don't have the blocks of shares that a lot of longs do, but when I multiply out what I have times $4, 5, 7, 9 it is pretty dang impressive looking!
Make sure you have a solid plan!!!!
