PCT Ltd. Leases large volume machines to level 3 distributors who have EPA sub reg numbers. They can rebrand fluids. They sell to level 2 distributors who can rename the product with their EPA sub reg. They also sell fluids under their brand to level 1 distributors. (Probably at a discount for purchasing a required amount of fluids but don't quote me)
PCT Ltd. Also leases Annihilyzer systems to healthcare facilities. PCT sells product for retail use and resell.
They do not franchise or own any of the businesses the deal with.
Germinator is a level 1 distributor. PCT does not interact with their business model
Only exception to the above is every business has to conform to the EPA guidelines for 92108-1 PCT Ltd.'s EPA number.
