If you could be less defensive you would have understood I was asking a question (sorry if I made you think otherwise)not making a statement. Thank you for answering my query. I am not an expert on Nasdaq uplist ing and I know what the stated criteria are.
Point was I think FDA decision on RTF and info on 195 interim will trump all else. To another’s point if info is good everything else will take care of itself and if not Nasdaq won’t matter..No? Sorry if I was unclear.
