Re: mikeyt1818 #31170
I was the one who emailed nasdaq that Mikey mentioned. I will share the email with you all....Ill post my questions and there responses below so it all makes more sense cause it was sent over a few emails.
How long does the Up-list process take?
NASDAQ: An application can take up to eight weeks to process but in many cases takes a lot longer due to a variety of issues including the issuer not being prepared to move forward and the issuer not being in compliance with all listing criteria.
If there is change's needed to the application how long does that process take?
NASDAQ: Applications can be amended at any time and amendments in and of themselves don’t necessarily result in a longer processing time.
Can I track my application online with a number or something?
NASDAQ: Applicants can track the process of their application by contacting Nasdaq.
How can I make sure it was filed?
NASDAQ: Applicants, but not the general public, are notified as soon as an application is filed.
And are applications being processed in a timely manner or are there any virus related delays?
NASDAQ: Applications are generally being processed in a timely manner at this time.
They told the entire application process is confidential and first person to be told is the company, then they decide when to PR it out to there shareholders. Hope I was able to help and shed some light for you all.
