Fortuno has been here since the inception of this MB and owns several hundred k of shares.
If posts of the level "OMG the ticker of GILD and CYDY appeared together" or "WOW the janitor of the uncle of an acquaintance of Trump's tweeted about CYDY, Trump must know about us!" or "we are financed through 2021" are accepted here, I don't see why a critical post based on official NASDAQ timelines can't stand...
I remember longs here facing heavy criticism when they said that mTNBC will never be approved by end of 2019 (!) or BLA not submitted by end of 2019, and we all know how it turned out....
One doesn't need to agree re:uplisting, and indeed I can see it taking a couple of weeks more, but also the general observation that bad news are buried in SEC filings (conv note settlement disaster) and that NP doesn't like to talk much about items that don't/didn't come to fruition or are uncomfy for him or the company (China deal, investment bank deal etc., Mexico spam folder e-mail...) is definitely accurate...
So I just feel that our well-moderated MB is strong enough to tolerate Fortuno's posts...
