If you haven't ever worked for a company that is either going public or uplisting, you don't understand the complexities involved. 4-6 weeks is a perfect, "textbook" guidline. Rarely do things work in a textbook fashion. Check out Flux power. They just uplisted from OTC to Nasdaq. It took over a year....unforeseen complications, etc.
