That I do understand, but here is my question(s) on both. How long will it take to get NGIO listed? SEC still has to do their review, then the S-1 has to be filed, so that's another 60-90 days, then the filing to be listed.
In the meantime, GNBT keeps going down while all of that happens, so then what?
Not a pretty picture overall.
So, Generex cannot rely on NGIO to take care of GNBT over the next possible 100 days or so if that is what happens to lift it based on an uplisting of NGIO. GNBT has to take care of itself in the meantime and right now, it's not doing it.
