I think the story for BCAR will begin later this year when their first Q comes out. If it is profitable, as I think it will be, the pps will probably jump to a buck or more. Even with some profitable quarters under it's belt the bank won't be out of the woods but at least the threat of an FDIC shut down will certainly begin to wain.

They still owe tarp money.
