Possibly, but we are assuming that's the reason. If he can't, he can't, but he needs to spell out everything in detail why, what's going on, etc..
I have been on CC calls with CEOs and others who outlined details and if they could not comment on something, they broke everything down and why and left the shareholders with a solid explanation on exactly what was going on. Very detailed, very precise. Even had lawyers on the call to explain the ins and outs to help out.
My point is, there are a lot of assumptions with NGIO about what is going on and what is not. Still a lot of questions left and so, what we are now left with is to email them and hopefully we get an answer or we get a reply back that sorry, we can't talk about it, instead of on a call where you would possibly get a better explanation on what is going on.
