As I said a week or more ago when the GNBT agenda came out, they could have combined the calls at that point and avoided all of this/had a more complete call yesterday.
But Joe did answer much of that as completely as he could when I asked him about NGIO yesterday. In a nutshell, he said they are still dealing with comments on Form 10 and the S-1 will go in as soon as that process is complete. That’s all he would have been able to say on that today as well... I don’t think he would have thrown any sort of time frame out.
He confirmed no delays on their side waiting for peptides or market value of NGIO to go up on news, etc.
