The delay as I understood it came from the first China deal not being consummated with the initial payment. And the 10 month comment period on last years 10K that held up all the S1s that are pending. That is the initial setback which delayed isolating the peptides.
I am not sure if they addressed the state of the actual testing of the peptides they isolated. Someone asked about it and joe asked Richard to speak on it but he had dropped off the call then came back and kind of addressed it but gave no definitive answer of where we are at. It was that conversation that led to the “February Possibility” of being in trials. To me that is 5 to 6 months off the original China deal timeline.
Joe said the comment period is complete. All questions have been answered. Clearing the way for all pending S1s. Form 10 for NGIO is still in comment period and therefore still preventing the submission of the NGIO S1.
