Initial app was "deficient"
They didn't include safety data for the 3M adjuvant part of the vaccine. They have a letter from the NIH supporting the safety now. Easy fix. BTW, CYDY had the same issue as they didn't add syringe data in one of their FDA apps.
They will also add the peptide testing info into the packet which should make all the difference in BARDA approving.
