When I started doing research on cancer (2nd indication I looked at) is when I started realizing the broad implications of CCR5 activity and the major importance of leronlimab.
The article mentions damage from MMP-9. One of the papers I ran across mentioning it when I did my research.

ps. One of my friends had a stroke last October. I had previously talked to him about the many diseases leronlimab could treat including stroke. But no way to obtain it for him. It was a medium stroke and he's since recovered fairly well.
