However excellent letters to public agencies, sans menace,routinely and immediately go into the round file or sent downstairs to the Holli's of the world who are not authorized to compose an original written luch order or any response to any public inquiries. Letters to the 'crats at public agencies, at a minimum must always be publicly CC'd at the bottom of said letter to the NYTimes and the Washington Post, etc, or some maddog congressman/woman.
