They have a business relationship with AMBS. I’ve looked at it and it’s hard to discern exactly WHAT that relationship is...they are working collaboratively on different testing projects. I know that the Todos ceo used to be the AMBS ceo. You may be able to tease it out. But then again it might be a different acquisition. I own some Todos and am ambivalent about the prospect of acquisition by Generex. They are doing just fine by themselves. They are, however, aggressively marketing their covid testing, booking three new contracts in the last 7-10 days. On the other hand, should NGIO go forward with vaccine development and distribution, then having the testing capacity of Todos would give them a pretty potent poker hand.
