As we all know that is like saying 700 mg works 35% better than 350mg,’please approve us
Comparing plasma to itself is strange to calculate the 35% reduction - wonder if the low plasma is better than no plasma - if it is then high plasma is even more than 35% better than no plasma.
The bar to beat is now 24% mortality in patients under 80, not on Ventilator etc. if I am reading you excerpt correctly. But very little in this data set makes sense
Glad we have a placebo controlled study so we can get real data - seems like subsets are ok so we should be fine if we get the same yardstick and the drug performs as expected.
And phase M/M two looks good if you have good working subsets like CVP.
