I agree with you that I would have liked a much stronger phrased headline for this PR, too. However, I am reminded on a stament from Todd, who clearly said that there are several applications with the Sec, FDA, BARDA etc. still open and there were other companies, who published PRs with too optimistic staments related to Corona and received not so very nice replies from the SEC. So I also consider it a tactical mistake and a missed opportunity, but it might be done on purpose by GNBT's management, because they may want to appear humble in regards to all the open issues with various federal government agencies.
