I do not think that Hahn lied. I do feel, though, that he felt compelled to cherry pick and massage the data to come close to what Trump said earlier in the week.
However, Trump said at the press briefing that he's heard success rates for convalescent plasma "way over 50%" and said the White House would encourage the therapy's use if the "numbers are as good" as he's hearing.
In the effort not to make Trump look bad, he really did not have a good handle on what he was presenting. Imo
