The only thing that makes sense is that someone “knows” enough to think the $100K is a good investment.
Spending $100K for a couple tick flip seems risky. Many other/better tickers to play that game. Why ONCI?
Not likely that anyone is deliberately buying $100K of ONCI to “dump” at a loss - as some would suggest.
