Google "Jeffrey Steven Stone SEC" Imprisoned for Pump-and-dump activities in the USA. Now living in Japan. Has been sanctioned by the SEC and owes a large fine to the SEC. Stone and Dube (MicroCannaBiz) and Labertew (Attorney) make up the other three, besides Billingsley, who have been sanctioned with cease and desist orders by the SEC.
