If we accept 20 percent as the high does result and 15 percent as the lower dose results ... the results are good and fit the FDA "relative gain" statements. Beyond this, as the study went on, patient selection for treatment probably improved. IF you can narrow down the people you treat to those most likely to benefit you end up with a very useable treatment that will have a good chance of helping selected treatments.
It was only last week that plasma therapy was on the chopping block over at FDA... I view this as a rescue effort by the administration.
