It's amazing that some people paid $.015 & higher for shares of a company they knew didn't have sales reps and were trying to sell a retail product. No wonder sales were low - not enough sales people. Not very amazing that the PPS dropped and "traders" lost money and have blamed the CEO for almost 3 years. Some "traders" were lucky and had avg PPS of $.001 & lower and felt they couldn't lose. Many lost money or left money on the table by selling too late.
Now, Mr Berman is trying a different model and trying to sell at the Corporate level - so to speak. If he can get an Ins Company to buy, they should buy much higher volumes than were ever possible at the retail level. One can think of the Ins Cos as "wholesale" buyers with the prospect of reducing claims/liabilities as their incentive to "sell" to their clients.
Damn, that might just work. Apparently, there are people who think it is a better model and are willing to spend $100K at a time on little old ONCI.
I admit that I don't know. GLTA
Go ONCI
