IMHO, POTUS plan is not to throw out all good news in one shot. It is only end of August and 2 more months before election. he will release "good news" one by one to build up the momentum. Plasma can not be the Ace under the sleeve. It is too early. Is Thurs the right time for Leron? Dont know. Still August. But Leron can open the path for him to "reopening the economy", "normal life". Hey the Stock Market can go even higher than now. Unemployment will go down but this one will take some time to be reflected. Sitting at 10.2 in July is not good for him.
