It's just so odd that this company, which is in continuous financial trouble, is so blase about collecting money for the sale of the patents to ACS.
What's the strategy? Hey, this year, next year, no biggie, let's just dilute and reverse split until then? What about shopping the patents around, if they're valuable, or at least demanding a down payment to hold the bid? Why do they have an exclusive on these with no financial obligation up front?
