Homer, I largely agree with you, except on one count. IF NGIO lists and trades at a multi-dollar price over a reasonable period of time, gains real interest, and becomes a valuable, marketable security, GNBT will rise.
1). Joe will certainly seize that moment as appropriate to take in a material amount of cash (which doesn’t have to mean selling a ton of NGIO shares), and even the OTC can’t ignore the value of cash.
2). The rest of the NGIO shares sitting on the books would be significantly different than the retirement of the 20MM shares. That would be a hard asset that has real value, and the size of it would not be able to be ignored.
Of course, all of this hinges on the big IF. If NGIO lists and maintains a decent share price...
