I work with the government in another industry. Their processes are tedious and time consuming. But as soon as they confirm and contract is signed, they pay immediately and in full. Some of my biggest deals are from the government bc they don’t mess around and the check arrives quickly.

I can understand the “testing” delays. But if the contract is signed then the BS delays Mark talks about are simply not true.
