IMO, NP tries to apply pressure to FDA without embarrassing them by going after UK and EU. If NP shows the data to the world and force FDA hand, and yes FDA may give Leron EUA but they may screw Leron on the real stuff (HIV, Cancer .....). COVID is a bonus but EUA wont allow off-label and the bread and butter for CYDY is HIV and Cancer and all other potential indication. So pissing FDA at this point for COVID really does not worth it. Yes lives are lost right now but more lives will be lost if FDA keep jerking Leron around. So until Leron is approved for something from whatever country, NP will keep playing safe with FDA.
