Last week 2 tweets came out explaining the progress and their share structure moving forward. The Ceo said more updates next week and that there cannot be any dilution with the stock.

To all shareholders (OTC "IJJP): “No stock dilution” for 3 reasons; 1, transfer agent is on hold, 2, OTC market not current, and 3, the company must book +six months of revenues to even justify a reverse split. Plus, we need a positive consensus among shareholders.

To all shareholders since April 2020, adjustment to eCETPs’ specifications are completed. The next two steps: 1, Crypto Exchange agreement to host the IEO. 2, Supplying 17 Million Ethereum ERC-777 for Phase 1, funding. Both dates provided mid next week.
