You're welcome. The FDA guidance that's about to be published wi!I open the doors for widespread distribution of HEMPd in the U.S., just as we see happening with private label products in Mexico.
So far RMHB has been cautiously selective about where to attempt to distribute HEMPd beverages for retail sale. It's been mostly based on localized regulatory toleration of CBD infused drinks in retail locations prior to official FDA guidance, but also on areas known to be thirsty for CBD infused drinks based on marketing research.
The NYC area came first along with RMHB's home turf. Cali was delayed due to refusal by the state to allow CBD infused foods or beverages. I think they are about to change their stance or maybe they already have, but FDA guidance will end most of the confusion and fear of negative repercussions.
