I'll be surprised if Trump announces a plasma-antibody solution.
"One shot....2 days, 3days...HIV." That's what Trump has been saying recently. Repeatedly.
Does that sound that plasma?
My understanding -
(1)BPharm vaccine creates antibodies. Virus mutates > those antibodies don't work.
(2)Or get antibodies from plasma. Virus mutates > those antibodies don't work.
How does one confirm plasma from patient(A) works on patients suffering from mutation(, (C)....(Z)?
Or not?
Trial results, please.
I got a flu shot last November and I got the flu by January.
Further, plasma = same mechanisn as a vaccine (antibodies), so how is that called "breakthrough" or "therapeutic"?
Plasma is not breakthrough - "Blood or plasma from recovered patients has been tried as a therapy since at least the Spanish flu of 1918"
Meadows said this should have happened 3 weeks ago?
What happened with plasma 3 weeks ago that Meadows knows about? I didn't hear anything.
Also, according to my reading, the supply of plasma-derived antibodies could not keep up with demand.
Yes, the Forbes link down. Is that a good sign?
Very pleased that Hahn will be there this evening, and not Fauci.
Hahn has quite a background.
Will Google wipe LL off the net?
I'll be disappointed if it's plasma.
