"head will role or roll"??--either way Trump is on his 5th "head of the FDA" in less than 4 years. No other POTUS has had more than 3 "head of the FDA" in 8 years. There will be people that claim he is just "draining the swamp", think what you want. That is a LOT of change ,hard to believe.
