No proof of any backdoor deals with ACS and but first thing that popped in my mind as soon as Mark postponed their payment of 9 million year after year I believe all way to 2022.
This is a company with huge debts, needing money to keep their doors open and what does Mark do ? We can wait, don't worry about it, we'll just borrow more money from some place else and screw our investors.
