Finally had the chance to look at both 8-ks and found out what the amended 8k changes were of.
But i am going to tell you guys a story b4 i tell you what the changes were. A long time ago in a land of disbelief, lived a king and his cohorts who enjoyed the pleasures of power, money, women and the other junk. One day as the king sat, planning what he is going......oh forget about it....not in writing mood...
the damn thing was not signed by Bintai,,,,hence why the amendment....
