The truth is, nobody knows.
How has the company managed to survive since 2007? It just does.
Now it is in a strong position with QDX HealthID in demand with 3 test manufacturers adding to their test kits, and mostly built out infrastructure of an ecosystem. it didn't happen out of thin air.
How does he attract IBM quality managers to come to a 2 cent stock company? How did he attract Vitalari, Shaunessy and Bray to be advisors? QMC must have something they want to be part of that is more than just money and product. It's hard to put into words, in French it's Je ne sais quoi.
The company has suffered no harm that I can see in the last year from not filing.
