A possible RS date is no later then 1 October to "shut shareholders out" IMHO. Why? That is the end of the Federal FY. The CROMTEC/ USAF phase one procurement contract was accomplished with ACS. Their best hope for a larger, phase two contract ends then. After 1 Oct. it's a whole new ballgame. Let's see if ACS gets the DoD goldmine and SHs get the shaft then.
I hope my fear of this possibility is misplaced.
