But whose fault do you think this is?
1) Shareholders who did their DD as carefully as they could for months before investing?
Or......
2) Mark Kay's, -for lying to and deceiving shareholders?
I vote for Mark Kay.
Kay deceiving shareholders and/or being prosecuted is not a "whatever" IMO.
