1. Reduce A/S to 100m
2. Reduce O/S to 50m
3. Terminate any shady dealings or raise i.e. SafeVChat
4. Update blockscam holders- what they did with the money and what happened to all the promises, large south American Deals
5. Cut salary by 75%
6. Update what very very deals they have & their status
7.Company awareness/ Marketing campaign
8. Stop relentless dilution
9. Bring in revenues from deals ( if they have )
10. Forward split 1-3- give your shareholders back their shares.
11. SEC E- can look into all shady emails and PR's/interviews/tweets/.
12. Hire someone who can run the company professionally
13. Fire 3 after 11: Their 20 years of record speaks for itself. 2016 onwards, all three have lied repeatedly. 100's of stockholders are ready to showcase 100's of emails and communication which is full of lies, misrepresentations of company's positions, willfully & intentionally.
