Incredible- This alone is sufficient to get Ram Pemmaraju, George Waller & Mark L Kay, and any other entities/person involved in insider info and trading.
R/S info was known to many as per the CCI agreement and was also privately offered a deal by Kay to many much before the R/S. Who are these selective individuals?
Just sharing this information privately to select individuals alone is a felony by a public company and it's CEO/Management.
