$IJJP Update - 2nd for August 20 after close: "To all shareholders (OTC "IJJP): “No stock dilution” for 3 reasons; 1, transfer agent is on hold, 2, OTC market not current, and 3, the company must book +six months of revenues to even justify a reverse split. Plus, we need a positive consensus among shareholders."
