Yes Albert, this appears to be the funding vehicle mentioned a week or more ago. However that mentioned $2M for 5M shares, with warrant A being another 5M shares, warrant B 15M shares and I don’t know about warrant C. This looks like WAY MORE shares than were mentioned then. Since I will not be asking questions on the upcoming conf call, I would suggest someone ask why the difference. If this is that deal, something changed. 148M shares compared to our outstanding 80M is Huge Dilution.
